Cal State Dominguez Hills men's basketball to play for NCAA Division II title

Jeremy Dent-Smith scored 33 factors and Adam Afifi and Jordan Hilstock every added 15 to steer the Cal State Dominguez Hills males’s basketball crew to a 94-83 time beyond regulation victory over Dallas Baptist on Thursday evening within the NCAA Division II semifinal on the Ford Middle in Evansville, Ind.

The Toros will tackle Nova Southeastern (Fla.) (35-1) or Washburn within the nationally televised championship sport Saturday at midday PDT on CBS.

The Toros fell behind 35-16 within the first half earlier than rallying within the second half. Alex Garcia made a key three-pointer for the Toros within the remaining seconds of regulation to tie the rating at 76-76 and ship the sport into time beyond regulation.
